Shipping Policy
LiveSpace Co is based in Tallinn, Estonia. We work with trusted fulfilment partners and warehouses that ship orders directly to you.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times and costs (European Union)
- Standard shipping: €10.00, delivered in 6–10 business days
- Express shipping: €18.00, delivered in 2–3 business days
Delivery times for other destinations are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before payment.
Where orders ship from
Orders are sent from our partner warehouses. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. You will never be charged extra for this.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates.
Customs and duties
Orders within the EU have no extra customs fees. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, contact us and we will track it down. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before the order ships.
